| Upon receiving the registration form and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the Congress Site. |

| Cancellation & Refund Policy |

A written notification of cancellation should be sent to the Registration Office. The following cancellation fee will be charged according to the date of cancellation notification.
May 31 st , 2008: 25% + bank handling charge
After May 31 st , 2008: No refund of any amount
